　　As Doctor Hugo Arranz (Paul Naschy) celebrates his fiftieth birthday with his wife and her daughter, a group of delinquents forces their way into their home, violating and murdering both women, and brutally cutting out the tongue of Dr. Arranz, leaving him mute.
