The plot of the movie:

History of the Washington hardcore '80s and' 90s: from the Rastafarian punks Bad Brains by Minor Threat and to emotional state Rites of Spring and Fugazi, how many honest and fierce musicians appeared in a small city known to the world only through White House. The director - journalist, musician, grafichesy designer, a big fan of the genre as a teenager - took four years, more than a hundred interviews and collected flyers, zines, photographs, tapes. Yes, it is mostly pictures and talking heads - but what, from Henry Rollins about the early days and Ian McKay about everything else to the side, but not indifferent observers Thurston Moore and Dave Grohl; a minimum of means - but the maximum volume and impact.
